With the continuous deepening of educational reform and the continuous promotion of information construction, microelectronic technology has also been developing, which also puts forward higher requirements for microelectronic devices and semiconductor physics practice courses. On the one hand,in the course of theoretical teaching, students can deepen their understanding of the relevant theories of microelectronic devices and semiconductor physics through a variety of information based teaching methods. On the other hand,in the process of teaching practice, programming tools are used to practice relevant professional knowledge, and the understanding of theoretical knowledge is deepened through practice theory practice. At the same time, through the expansion of basic theoretical knowledge, students’innovative thinking ability can be cultivated to a certain extent.
