摘要
“组团式”教育援疆已成为新时代教育精准扶贫的创新范式。职业教育作为从人才培养到产业发展“最后一公里”的连接体,在全面乡村振兴的新阶段,其意义重大。中职院校作为新疆地区专业技能人才输出的重要来源,在大健康背景下,为响应民众对于多元化健康服务的需要,学校应建设以护理专业为核心、多学科团队合作服务的专业群,构建在线开放课程,可有效培养老年护理、母婴护理等复合型健康服务的护理人才,并为深化落实帮扶机制搭建平台,持续放大“组团式”教育援疆综合成效。
"Groups Mode"Educational Support to Xinjiang has been the innovation paradigm of the targeted poverty alleviation through education in the new era.As a"Last Kilometer"connection between the talent cultivation and industrial development,it’s important to strengthen the vocational education.Secondary vocational colleges are now an important source of the output of various technical talents in Xinjiang,it’s essential to promote the focus on nursing and health-care majors,so as to meet the increasing needs of diversified health services under the background of general health.Accordingly,we need construct a nursing specialty group with multidisciplinary team cooperation service and build online open courses,so as to cultivate nursing-oriented talents for the elderly care,mother-infant care and so on.It will also promote the implementation of the support mechanism,enlarge the comprehensive effects of"Groups Mode"educational support to Xinjiang.
