摘要
基于产教融合理论,高职院校积极推广“政校企”协同育人模式,有利于其突出办学特色,确保人才培养模式与企业用人需求保持同步。在宏观层面由地方政府牵头,形成高职院校与社会企业高度联动的新型产业链,但在实际推广中,由于受各种外部因素的影响,“政校企”合作模式面临着多方面挑战。文章基于产教融合背景,深入分析“政校企”合作模式内涵与原则,立足于职业教育发展现状,从政府、学校、企业三个维度尝试对“政校企”合作模式进行优化与完善,促进产教融合背景下高职院校创新合作教学模式的有效应用。
Based on the theory of industry-education integration, higher vocational colleges actively promote the "governmentschool-enterprise" collaborative education mode, which will help them highlight their school-running characteristics and ensure that the talent training mode keeps pace with the employment needs of enterprises. At the macro level, the local government takes the lead to form a new industrial chain with high linkage between higher vocational colleges and social enterprises. However, in the actual promotion, due to the influence of various external factors, the "government school enterprise" cooperation model faces many challenges. Based on the background of industry-education integration, the article deeply analyzes the connotation and principles of the "government-school-enterprise" cooperation mode, and based on the current situation of vocational education development, tries to optimize and improve the "government-school-enterprise" cooperation mode from the three dimensions of government, school and enterprise, so as to promote the effective application of innovative cooperative teaching mode in higher vocational colleges and universities under the background of industry-education integration.
