摘要
对英语师范生而言,通过教学实践获得实践性知识是最重要的知识储备之一。教师实践性知识课程是指英语师范类相关专业的课程,比如英语教师职业技能等。本研究以西藏民族大学为例,分析了该校英语师范专业职前教师实践性知识培养课程设置现状,通过问卷调查及数据分析的方式对比了不同年级、班级在培养模式、教师实践性知识课程教学、实践性知识培养、学习问题方面的异同,研究结果表明,两个年级、班级在几个维度方面有显著差异,有必要按照师范认证的理念要求,更新人才培养模式,优化课程设置,课堂中运用多模态教学模式开展实践教学活动,提升师范生的实践性知识。
For normal students,practical knowledge acquired through teaching practice is one of the most important knowledge reserves.The courses of cultivating practical knowledge refer to English teaching-related professional courses such as A practical training course of English teaching techniques etc.,the research intends to investigate the current situation of the practical knowledge curriculum setting for pre-service teachers majored in English teaching in Xizang Minzu University,and compares the similarities and differences in terms of training mode,curriculum instruction and cultivation of practical knowledge,and learning problems through questionnaires and data analysis.The results show that there are significant differences in several dimensions between the two grades and classes.Therefore,it is necessary to update the training mode,optimize the curriculum setting,use multimodality teaching mode in the classroom,carry out practical teaching activities and improve normal students'practical knowledge in accordance with the concept of certification in English teaching major.
