摘要
目的:调查护理专业实习生的护理核心能力现况及影响因素。方法:随机抽取南京市13所医院护理实习生638名,采用问卷调查法调查综合实训、临床实习适应不良和护理核心能力。结果:护生护理核心能力总均分2.99±0.501,评判性思维/科研能力维度均分最低为2.80±0.584;不同学历、综合实训情况导致不同护生护理核心能力有差异;临床实习适应能力与护理核心能力呈正相关。结论:实习护生护理核心能力处于中等水平,需要加强评判性思维/科研能力培养,改革综合实训方式、减轻实习适应不良等策略,以此提升护理核心能力。
Objective:To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of nursing core competence of nursing interns.Methods:638 nursing interns from 13 hospitals in Nanjing were randomly selected,and the comprehensive training,clinical practice maladaptation and nursing core competence were investigated by questionnaire.Results:The total average score of nursing students'core competence was 2.99±0.501,the lowest average score of critical thinking/scientific research ability dimension is 2.80±0.584;Different education background and comprehensive training conditions lead to differences in the core competence of different nursing students;The adaptability of clinical practice is positively correlated with the core competence of nursing.Conclusion:The core competence of nursing students is at the middle level.It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of critical thinking/scientific research ability,reform the comprehensive training mode,reduce the maladaptation of practice and other strategies to improve the core competence of nursing.
