摘要
应用型本科会计学人才培养的核心任务是为国家培养高素质应用型会计人才,实践教学在人才培养过程中占据重要地位。文章以无锡太湖学院会计工厂建设实施为例,探讨会计学专业实践教学模式改革,构建跟岗实习、顶岗实习的实践教学模式,力求破解会计学专业人才实践能力培养难题。通过实践教学改革,创新了协同育人机制,拓宽了学生成长路径,提升了教师的指导能力,使应用型会计学本科实践教学条件与水平均得到大幅提高。
The core task of cultivating application-oriented undergraduate accounting talents is to cultivate highquality application-oriented accounting talents for the country.Practical teaching plays an important role in the process of talent cultivation.Taking the construction of the accounting factory of Wuxi Taihu University as an example,this paper discusses the reform of the practice teaching mode of accounting specialty,constructs the practice teaching mode of post following practice and post taking practice,and strives to solve the problem of cultivating the practical ability of accounting professionals.Through the reform of practical teaching,the cooperative education mechanism has been innovated,the growth path of students has been widened,the guidance ability of teachers has been improved,and the conditions and level of practical teaching of applied accounting undergraduate have been greatly improved.
