摘要
“新农科”建设要求地方本科院校推进高质量课程体系建设、实践教学体系改革,着力培养一批创新型、实用技能型、复合应用型人才。“生物化学”是生命科学各专业重要的基础课程之一,实验教学作为该课程教学的重要环节,旨在培养学生的实践操作能力,强化学生的综合素质。文章通过加强师资队伍建设与提升教学能力、改进教学内容和构建新课程体系、丰富教学模式及建立多元化考核体系,推进生物化学课程实验教学改革,以期为今后课程的建设发展及人才培养提供有益参考。
The construction of the"New Agricultural Science"requires local undergraduate colleges to promote the reform of high-quality curriculum system and practical teaching system,and focus on cultivating a group of innovative,practical,and composite application oriented talents.Biochemistry is one of the most important basic courses for all majors in life science,and experimental teaching is an important part of the course,cultivating students'practical operation skills and improving their comprehensive quality and ability.This paper promotes the reform and exploration of biochemistry experimental teaching by strengthening the construction of teaching staff and improving teaching ability,improving teaching content,building a new curriculum system,enriching teaching mode and establishing a diversified assessment system,so as to provide references for the future development of curriculum construction and the quality of personnel training.
