摘要
工程教育认证的核心和关键是专业持续改进,其贯穿于认证工作的各个环节。文章以江西理工大学机械工程专业的特色改革为例,针对工程认证进校考察专家在培养目标和师资队伍等方面提出的关注项,系统探索与实施了持续改进策略,构建了面向OBE的课程体系评价标准与持续跟踪机制,优化了内外部全覆盖的人才培养目标合理性评价方法,规范了企业导师参与教学全过程的师资队伍管理制度。以期为新兴工程教育人才培养提供思路和案例。
The core and key of engineering education certification is professional continuous improvement,which runs through all aspects of certification work.This article takes the characteristic reform of the Mechanical Engineering major at Jiangxi University of Technology as an example,and systematically explores and implements continuous improvement strategies in response to the concerns raised by experts in the field of engineering certification in terms of training objectives and teaching staff.It constructs an OBE oriented curriculum system evaluation standard and continuous tracking mechanism,and optimizes the rationality evaluation method of talent training objectives covering both internal and external aspects,Standardized the management system for the teaching staff of enterprise mentors participating in the entire teaching process.Hope to provide ideas and cases for the cultivation of emerging engineering education talents.
