摘要
为研究新型精表处预养护沥青路面的耐磨耗性能,以自制高性能胶结料和三种粒径的玄武岩为原材料研究了不同集料粒径、油石比以及胶结料洒布量对精表处沥青路面层耐磨性能的影响,对不同试件进行4个周期的磨耗试验,测定了不同磨耗周期下精表处试件的质量损失、构造深度和摩擦系数。试验结果表明,经过精表处技术处理后的路面改善效果较好,精表处试件经过4个周期磨耗后表面状态仍较好,具有较好的抗滑、耐磨性能。推荐2#玄武岩细集料(粒径0.3~1.18 mm)油石比为1∶(2~3),胶结料洒布总量为0.65 kg/m2;3#(粒径0.6~2.36 mm)油石比为1∶(3~4),胶结料洒布总量为0.75 kg/m2;1#玄武岩细集料(粒径1.18~4.75 mm)油石比为1∶(4~5),胶结料洒布总量为0.95 kg/m2。
In order to study the wear resistance of the new type of pre curing asphalt pavement with fine surface,the effects of different aggregate size,oil stone ratio and the amount of cement distribution on the wear resistance of the asphalt pavement with fine surface were studied with self-made high-performance cement and three kinds of basalt as raw materials.Four cycles of wear tests were carried out on different specimens,and the quality of the specimens with fine surface under different wear cycles was measured Volume loss,structural depth and friction coefficient.The test results show that the surface improvement effect of the treated surface is better,and the surface condition of the treated surface is still better after four cycles of abrasion,which has better anti sliding and wear resistance.It is recommended that 2#basalt fine aggregate(particle size 0.3~1.18 mm)oil stone ratio is 1∶(2~3),total amount of cementitious material distribution is 0.65 kg/m2;3#basalt fine aggregate(particle size 0.6~2.36 mm)oil stone ratio is 1∶(3~4),total amount of cementitious material distribution is 0.75 kg/m2;1#basalt fine aggregate(particle size 1.18~4.75 mm)oil stone ratio is 1∶(4~5),total amount of cementitious material distribution is 0.95 kg/m2.
