摘要
在当今我国构建中国特色社会主义新时代的背景下,弘扬劳动者科学精神,提高劳动者科学素质和技能水平,对于大力推动科技创新、建设创新型国家,实现我国社会经济的高质量发展,具有重要的实践和理论意义。文章在文献分析、科学家访谈实录及专家反馈的基础上,初步探索了科学精神的内涵,并通过两个样本共1106份有效问卷数据,进行了项目分析、探索性因素分析、结构效度、校标效度和信度检验,最终形成了劳动者科学精神问卷。该问卷包含求真务实、探索思考、实践创新、批判质疑、合作奉献五个维度和28个条目,具有良好的信度和效度指标,可以作为新时代劳动者科学精神的测评工具。
In the context of building a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics in China today,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to promote the scientific spirit of workers and improve the scientific quality and skills of workers for vigorously promoting scientific and technological innovation,building an innovative country,and achieving high-quality development of Chinese social economy.On the basis of literature analysis,interviews with scientists and expert feedback,this study preliminarily explored the connotation of scientific spirit,and through two samples of 1106 valid questionnaire data,conducted project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,structural validity,calibration validity and reliability tests,and finally formed the scientific spirit questionnaire for workers.The questionnaire contains five dimensions of seeking truth and being pragmatic,exploring and thinking,practicing and innovating,criticizing and questioning,and cooperating and contribution,and 28 items.It has good reliability and validity indicators and can be used as an evaluation tool for the scientific spirit of workers in the new era.
