国际创业能力形成和演化过程研究——以华晨汽车集团为例 被引量:7

Research on the Formation and Evolution of International Entrepreneurship Capabilities: The Case of Brilliance Auto

摘要 基于国际创业企业所处情境,从动态能力和基础资源的整合视角出发,以华晨汽车集团的国际创业过程为案例研究对象,探究国际创业能力的形成和演化过程及驱动其演化的动力。情境不确定性、资源可替代性及国际经验共享性随着企业国际创业的不断深入而发生变化,使国际创业能力为不断适应企业的发展而发生演化。结合华晨汽车集团国际创业过程的四个阶段,从理论层面论述国际创业能力演化经过形成、发展、提升和成熟四个阶段的合理性,采用多级编码对所收集的数据进行分析,探究每阶段国际创业能力形成的原因与构成并对比异同点,以此为基础构建国际创业能力演化过程模型,并得出驱动国际创业能力演化动力为:降低产品成本与构建网络关系、品牌塑造与适应国际新市场和数据驱动与及时响应。 National markets are increasingly becoming a community of synergy.At the same time,more and more enterprises,driven by emerging technologies such as big data,industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing,are beginning to participate in the international market.However,in the face of the rising situational uncertainty,the improvement of resource fungibility and the lack of international experience,if enterprises want to achieve the success of international entrepreneurship,they must cultivate and develop international entrepreneurship capability.Existing studies on international entrepreneurship mainly focus on the factors influencing the formation of international entrepreneurship,the impact of international entrepreneurship on international market performance and the impact of international entrepreneurship on international entrepreneurship model,but few scholars pay attention to the connotation,dimension and evolution process of international entrepreneurship.Based on this,a basic analysis framework is constructed from the perspective of process view through combing existing relevant researches.And the international entrepreneurship process of Brilliance-Auto and Jinbei,two local brands under Brilliance Auto,is selected as the case study object.The author obtains all kinds of data needed for case analysis by means of interview,on-the-spot investigation and second-hand data,and makes an in-depth analysis of the formation and connotation of international entrepreneurial capability in different stages by combining the three-level coding technology in the grounded theory.Thus,the evolution process model of international entrepreneurial capability is constructed,and the model is further discussed and improved with the existing research.The research results show that international entrepreneurial capability will have evolved with the deepening of the international entrepreneurial process,and international entrepreneurship capability also shows different dimensions in different periods due to different situational uncertainty,resource fungibility and international experience,even the same dimension has different connotations.The international entrepreneurial capacity needs to go through four stages:formation,development,promotion and maturity.In order to enter the new international geographic market and gain market share,enterprises,in the formation stage,pay attention to the cultivation of opportunity identification capability,innovative and risk taking capability.Enterprises,in the development stage,pay attention to the construction of international network capability and update the connotation of opportunity identification capability,innovative and risk taking capability with the change of situation,in order to reduce the cost and consolidate the development of the international market.Enterprises,in the promotion stage,pay attention to the formation of international brand equity,so they focus on cultivating international marketing capability and make opportunity identification capability,innovative and risk taking capability and international network capability work together to serve this goal.Enterprises,in the maturity stage,began to longitudinal deepening development and gradually realize the localization of the host country in the international market,so enterprises focus on the cultivation of international learning capability,and coordinate the international entrepreneurial capability internally through the timely proofreading of opportunity identification capability,innovative and risk taking capability,international network capability and international marketing capability to jointly support the international entrepreneurship of enterprises.Based on the evolution process model of international entrepreneurial capability constructed from the process view,this paper analyzes the connotation of international entrepreneurial capability at different stages.And combined with the collected data and existing literature,it is concluded that the driving force for the evolution of international entrepreneurship capacity from the previous stage to the next stage is to reduce product costs and build a network relationship,brand building and adaptation to new international markets,and data-driven and timely response.We should pay attention to its dynamic changes,and interpret international entrepreneurial ability according to different situations,which will make theory and practice combine more closely in the future research on international entrepreneurial capability.
