摘要
绿色创新能够带来经济高质量发展和生态保护的双重回报,以数字普惠金融为代表的数字经济能够通过合理配置资本对区域绿色创新效率提升发挥重要作用。本文以中国29个省级行政区域为样本,基于空间杜宾面板模型研究数字普惠金融对区域绿色创新效率的影响,以及资本错配在两者之间的中介效应与溢出效应,并进一步探讨了数字普惠金融各维度的差异及其经济后果。研究结论表明:数字普惠金融能够促进区域绿色创新效率的提升,且资本错配在两者之间发挥中介效应以及中介的溢出效应。进一步基于数字普惠金融的三个维度研究发现资本错配在覆盖广度、使用深度与区域绿色创新效率之间发挥中介的溢出效应,但在数字化程度与区域绿色创新效率之间难以发挥中介效应。
Based on the spatial Durbin panel model and taking 29 provincial‐level administrative regions in China as sample,this paper studies the influence of digital inclusive finance on regional green innovation efficiency,as well as the mediating and spillover effect of capital misallocation between them.The paper further discusses the differences in various dimensions of digital inclusive finance and its economic outcomes.The results show that:first,digital financial inclusion can promote local green innovation efficiency,and improve the green innovation efficiency in neighboring regions through spillover effect.Second,regional digital inclusive finance can improve innovation efficiency through alleviating capital misallocation in the region.That is to say,capital misallocation can play a mediating effect between digital inclusive finance and green innovation efficiency.Third,regional digital inclusive finance can improve green innovation efficiency in the neighboring region through alleviating capital misallocation in the same region as digital inclusive finance taken place.Therefore,regional capital misallocation could exert a spillover mediating effect between regional digital inclusive finance and green innovation efficiency in neighboring regions.Fourthly,digital inclusive finance could improve green innovation efficiency in neighboring regions through alleviating capital misallocation in neighboring regions.That is to say,digital inclusive finance plays a spillover effect on capital misallocation and green innovation efficiency in neighboring regions.Further research based on the three dimensions of digital inclusive finance shows that,capital misallocation plays a spillover mediating effect between both the coverage breadth,depth of use of digital inclusive finance and regional green innovation efficiency.But regional capital allocation could not play a mediating effect between the degree of digitalization and regional green innovation efficiency.This paper provides theoretical guidance and empirical support for improving the development of digital inclusive finance,optimizing capital allocation and improving regional green innovation efficiency.
