基于稳态模型的笼型异步电机变频调速运行特性模拟 被引量:1

Simulation of the variable-velocity variable-frequency operation characteristics of cage asynchronous motor based on steady-state model

摘要 为使调速系统具有良好的调速性能,利用Matlab/Simulik对笼型感应电机变频调速进行了数学建模,给出了静止坐标系及旋转正交坐标系下的感应电机运动方程组,采用恒压频比控制和恒压变频控制对感应电机运行特性进行数值模拟.仿真结果表明:频率减小,转速降低,磁通变化趋势一致,进入稳态时间短,振动幅值大;频率增大,转速升高,磁通变化反向,进入稳态时间长,振动幅度小.该研究结果为工程上实现平滑调速提供理论参考. To achieve sound speed-regulating performance of the speed-regulating system,the mathematical modeling of variable-velocity variable-frequency(VVVF)operation characteristics of cage asynchronous motor was carried out by using Matlab/Simulik.The motion equations of the induction motor in stationary coordinate system and rotating orthogonal coordinate system were given.Moreover,the operation characteristics of induction motor was simulated by using constant-voltage frequency ratio control scheme and constant-voltage variable-frequency control scheme.Simulation results show that as the frequency decreases,the rotational speed decelerates,the trend of magnetic flux changes is consistent,the time required to enter the steady state is short,and the vibration amplitude is large;in contrast,as the frequency increases,the rotation speed accelerates,the magnetic flux changes is in the opposite direction,the time required to enter the steady state is long,and the vibration amplitude is small.This study provides a theoretical reference for realizing smooth speed regulation in engineering.
