摘要
中国虽然自古以来就是一个以小农经济为主的农业国家,但是在不同历史时期都表现出了不同程度的海洋意识。新时代,海洋战略已成为推动经济社会发展的巨擘,建设海洋强国的目标给高校思想政治教育提出了时代性的要求。由此,我们必须加强思政课教师队伍的建设,创新思政课的内容,组织大学生参加海洋实践活动以及营造良好的校园海洋文化氛围,以提升大学生的海洋意识,服务国家建设海洋强国的战略。
Although China has been a small-scale agricultural country since ancient times,it has shown different degrees of marine consciousness in different historical periods.In the new era,marine strategy has become the power to promote economic and social development.The goal of building a powerful marine country puts forward the requirements of the times for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,we must strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers,innovate the contents of Ideological and political courses,organize college students to participate in marine practice activities and create a good marine culture atmosphere on campus,so as to enhance the marine consciousness of college students and serve the strategy of a powerful marine country.
