摘要
针对生产车间物流系统缺少整体层面上的系统性研究,给出了生产车间物流系统的平行管理与控制的框架.针对目前生产车间物流中的物流堵塞、路线选择、方案评价、可靠运行等关键问题,采用复杂系统研究中的人工社会、计算实验和平行执行方法,基于多Agent建模,给出了构建动态、整体、等效的生产车间物流人工社会系统的方法与模型可信度的验证方法,描述了生产车间物流人工系统的计算实验流程、内容及相应的评价指标体系.通过平行执行对生产车间物流系统的管理方案、运行状态和应急调度等制定了合理的计划和方案.
The framework of a parallel management and control of production workshop logistic system was given for the first time.A new method:artificial societies,computational experiments,parallel execution(ACP)method was presented to solve the problem of logistic congestion,route selection,program evaluation and reliable operation in the current production workshop logistics.The ACP method consists of three parts:artificial society,computational experiment and parallel execution.Based on the multiAgent modeling,the method of establishing the dynamic,the whole and equivalent production workshop logistic artificial society system were given.The calculation flow,the content,calculation process of the artificial system and corresponding evaluation index system were described in detail.Through a parallel implementation of the production workshop the logistic system could formulate reasonable plans and programs of management,operating status,emergency scheduling and other aspects.
