增材制造不锈钢的组织和性能

摘要 采用金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法对激光融化技术制备的304及316L不锈钢进行分析。结果表明:材料的轴向结构在增材制造沉积过程中会有不同层间的热传递,其组织的均匀性受到影响;材料的区域成分没有明显偏差,不存在成分偏析及次相的析出;熔体的重力作用会使材料在纵向存在各向异性。 The 304 and 316 L stainless steels prepared by laser melting technology were analyzed by metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the axial structure of the material had heat transfer between different layers during the deposition process of additive manufacturing,and the microstructure uniformity was affected.There was no obvious deviation in the regional composition of the material,and there was no component segregation and secondary phase precipitation.The gravity of the melt would make the material anisotropy in the longitudinal direction.
