摘要
培养大学生创新思维、创业意识与创新创业能力是深化我国高校创新创业教育改革、完善我国创业生态系统建设的重要内容,更是提升大学生综合素质能力的必然选择。英国是较早开展创业活动的国家,通过深入剖析英国高校创业教育的发展脉络,阐述英国高校创业教育的主要特点,可为进一步提升我国高校创新创业教育与人才“双创”能力提出启示建议,具体包括:更新人才培养目标,对标社会发展需求;创新高校教育模式,激发人才内在动力;丰富创新创业文化,发挥文化育人功能。
Cultivating innovative thinking,entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial ability among university students is an important element in deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China’s universities and improving the construction of China’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.This is an inevitable choice to enhance the overall quality of university students’abilities.Through an in-depth analysis of the development of entrepreneurship education in British universities,this paper clarifies the entrepreneurship education model of British universities,and puts forward inspirational suggestions to further enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship education and the ability of talents to“double create”in Chinese universities.Updating the objectives of talent training and aligning them with the needs of social development;innovating the education model of universities to stimulate the intrinsic motivation of talents.To enrich the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship and to bring into play the function of cultural nurturing.
