摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)为慢性难治性自身免疫性疾病,其中医病机亦复杂多变。目前西医治疗以免疫抑制剂和激素为主,以期达到疾病缓解状态,此类药物长期使用副作用明显,且撤减困难。我们提出结合"间者并行,甚者独行"理论治疗SLE,尤以合并较多难治并发症的患者为著,均获得长期满意疗效。采用中西医有机结合治疗,相得益彰,为治疗SLE打开了新思路。
Systemic lupus erythematosis( SLE) has been well known as one of the most difficult chronic refractory autoimmune diseases. The pathogenesis is also special and complex. Hormone and immunosuppressive agents are the main treatment in western medicine,while their long-term side effects bring contradiction to treatment and also are hard to shut down. We have treated SLE patients especially those who had numerous complications with application of "treating main and compicated symptoms when disease being mild while teating main symptoms when dsease being acute"and all obtained ideal curative effect. So its far-reaching significance is the organic combination of traditional Chinese medicine with SLE clinical application.
