摘要
目的探讨脑心通胶囊对于急性脑梗死阿替普酶溶栓后的价值。方法纳入2017年10月—2019年1月本院接受阿替普酶溶栓治疗的180例急性脑梗死患者进行研究,依据随机对照原则分为每组90例。两组患者均接受对症治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予脑心通胶囊治疗。比较两组患者疗程结束后治疗效果以及入院时与疗程结束时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、老年人快速认知筛查测验(QCSS-E)评分变化情况。结果观察组患者疗程结束后治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疗程结束时NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分、QCSS-E评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死阿替普酶溶栓后使用脑心通胶囊能够提高治疗效果,改善患者神经功能缺损、认知功能受损和日常生活能力受损情况,值得临床推荐。
Objective To explore the value of Naoxintong Capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction after thrombolysis with ateplase.Methods A total of 180 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with ateplase from October 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into 90 cases in each group according to the principle of randomized control.Two groups received symptomatic treatment.Besides,the control group′s patients were given aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The observation group′s patients were given Naoxintong Capsule on the basis of the control group.The effect,NIHSS score,Barthel index(BI)score and QCSS-E score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the end of the treatment,and the BI score and QCSS-E score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong Capsule can improve the therapeutic effect,neurological impairment,cognitive impairment and impaired daily living ability of patients with acute cerebral infarction after thrombolysis with ateplase,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
