摘要
目的对13批不同产地射干药材中有害金属元素含量进行测定,并对其非致癌健康风险进行评估分析,为射干药材的质量安全研究提供依据。方法采用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法测定药材中有害金属Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu含量,并以THQ和HI为评价指标建立健康风险评估模型,对药材中有害金属污染程度进行健康风险评估。结果7个产地13批射干样品,只有4批样品所有元素均在限度范围内,其余样品存在不同元素超标,其中镉元素超标率高达62%;THQ及HI计算结果表明,射干中有害金属含量对人体的非致癌健康风险有一定影响。结论射干中镉元素超标情况严重,应加强对镉污染严重的种植区土壤的修复以及对射干中有害金属健康风险的监控,保证射干临床用药安全。
Objective To provide a basis for the quality and safety research of Shegan(Belamcandae Rhizoma),the contents of the harmful metals in 13 batches of Shegan(Belamcandae Rhizoma)from different planting areas were determined and the non-carcinogenic health risks assessment of harmful metals was evaluated and analyzed.Methods The contents of the harmful metals Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in the herb samples were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS),and a model of health risks assessment was established with target hazard quotients(THQ)and hazard index(HI)as evaluation indicators to estimate the pollution levels of the harmful metals in this herb samples.Results Only 4 batches of samples had all elements within the limits in the 13 batches of Shegan(Belamcandae Rhizoma)samples from 7 planting areas,and there were different elements in the remaining samples exceeded the standards.The Cd exceeded the standard rate of 62%.The calculation results of THQ and HI showed that the content of harmful metal in the herb samples had an impact on human non-carcinogenic health risks.Conclusion:The situation of Cd exceeding the standard in Shegan(Belamcandae Rhizoma)is serious.It is necessary to strengthen the repair of soil in planting areas polluted by Cd and monitor the health risks of harmful metals in the herb samples to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
