摘要
获得性免疫缺陷综合征(简称“艾滋病”)的中医药基础研究是认识艾滋病的重要途径,主要包括病因病机、证候分类、疗效评价及作用机制等方面。研究者已经提出病因病机学说主要包括“艾毒伤元”、“气虚为本,脾为枢机”等,获得的基本证候类型包括湿邪内蕴、肺脾气虚、脾肾阳虚等,初步从系统生物学角度揭示了艾滋病常见证候的生物学本质,采用了多维度评价方法构建了临床疗效策略,并利用实验室技术初步阐释了几个有效制剂的临床作用机制。但是艾滋病的中医病因、病机及证候研究滞后,缺少公认的临床疗效评价核心指标集,中医药治疗艾滋病作用机制不清,此方面工作应该引起足够重视。
The basic research on treating acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)with traditional Chinese medicine(CM)is crucial to understand AIDS etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome classification,as well as evaluating the CM′s curative effect and the mechanism of action.Some researchers have put forward various theories of possible defects in AIDS that could be targeted by CM,such as Ai Du Shangyuan,Qi deficiency,internal accumulation of dampness,the deficiency of lung and spleen qi,and the deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.The biological basis of AIDS syndrome is revealed by system biology;the multi-dimensional evaluation method is used to explain the mechanism of action of several effective CM preparations.However,the research on the etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS are lagging behind clinical needs,the evaluation indicators are absent,and the mechanisms of action of CM in AIDS treatment remain unclear.Therefore,more relavent basic research is needed in the future.
