养金护肺汤结合经皮穴位电刺激对晚期肺癌的临床研究被引量：1

Effects of Yangjin Hufei Decoction(养金护肺汤)Combined with Percutaneous Electrical Stimulation on Efficacy,Tumor Markers and Immune Function of Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

摘要目的探究养金护肺汤结合经皮穴位电刺激对晚期肺癌患者疗效、肿瘤标志物及免疫功能影响。方法研究合计纳入180例晚期肺癌患者,均由青海省中医院2018年2月—2020年4月收治,采取随机数字表法将其分为两组,予以对照组患者(90例)常规治疗,观察组患者(90例)在对照组治疗基础上结合养金护肺汤及经皮穴位电刺激治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状(咳嗽咯血、自汗盗汗、心烦失眠、头晕目眩、面色苍白/萎黄等)积分变化及肿瘤标志物水平变化、免疫功能指标变化、不良反应及患者治疗前后生活质量评分(KPS)变化。结果观察组患者治疗近期效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者咳嗽咯血、自汗盗汗、心烦失眠、头晕目眩、面色苍白/萎黄等中医症状积分、癌胚抗原(CEA)、血清糖类抗原-125(CA125)、人细胞角蛋白21-1片断(CYFRA21)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、KPS评分等指标(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者咳嗽咯血、自汗盗汗、心烦失眠、头晕目眩、面色苍白/萎黄等中医症状积分、CEA、CA125、CYFRA21及NSE、IgA、IgG、IgM、KPS评分等指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后咳嗽咯血、自汗盗汗、心烦失眠、头晕目眩、面色苍白/萎黄等中医症状积分、CEA、CA125、CYFRA21及NSE、IgA、IgG、IgM、KPS评分等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后化疗不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养金护肺汤结合经皮穴位电刺激治疗晚期肺癌疗效佳,患者恢复好,免疫功能提升,不良反应减少,安全可靠,值得应用。 Objective To explore the effect of Yangjin Hufei Decoction(养金护肺汤)combined with percutaneous acupoint electric stimulation on the efficacy,tumor markers and immune function of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 180 patients with advanced lung cancer were included in the study,all of whom were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to April 2020.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The routine treatment was given to patients in the control group(90 cases),and Yangjin Hufei Decoction and percutaneous electric acupuncture were given to patients in the observation group(90 cases)on the basis of treatment in the control group.Clinical efficacy,changes in scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(cough hemoptysis,self-perspiration night sweats,insomnia,dizziness,pale/yellow complexion,etc.),changes in tumor markers,changes in immune function indexes,adverse reactions and changes in quality of life(KPS)of patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The short-term therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups’TCM symptoms integral,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),cytokeratin 21-1 piece(CYFRA21)and neuron specific enolization enzyme(NSE),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and KPS score were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptoms integral,CEA,CA125,CYFRA21 and NSE,IgA,IgG,IgM,KPS score and other indicators were improved.Those of the observation group after treatment were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The side effects of chemotherapy in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangjin Hufei Decoction combined with percutaneous electrical stimulation for advanced lung cancer has a good curative effect.Patients recovered well,immune function improved and adverse reactions reduced.It is safe and reliable,worthy of application.
