摘要
目的观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌临床疗效。方法将全部55例非小细胞肺癌病例按随机数字表法分为对照组27例和治疗组28例。对照组采用紫杉醇合顺铂化疗治疗,治疗组在照组的基础上加用复方苦参注射液治疗。治疗结束后观察两组疗效,生活质量和不良反应,并进行比较。结果治疗组临床总缓解率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后治疗组生活质量改善率(35.71%)明显高于对照组(22.22%),P<0.05;治疗组生活质量降低率(3.57%)明显低于对照组(14.81%),P<0.05。治疗后治疗组腹泻发生率和骨髓抑制发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,临床疗效明显优于对照组,同时还提高患者的生存质量,降低化疗的不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Sophora flavescens injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods All 55 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into 27 cases in the control group and 28 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy,and the treatment group was treated with compound Sophora flavescens injection on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total clinical remission rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement rate of quality of life in the treatment group(35.71%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05);The reduction rate of quality of life in the treatment group(3.57%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.81%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of diarrhea and bone marrow suppression in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of compound Sophora flavescens injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer is significantly better than that of the control group.At the same time,it also improves the quality of life of patients and reduces the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy.
