摘要
目的观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗结直肠癌术后的疗效。方法将全部154例结直肠癌病例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各77例。对照组采用化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方苦自贡市第四人民医院普外科参注射液治疗,两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗6个疗程。治疗结束后观察两组免疫功能、KPS评分变化、化疗不良反应,并作比较。结果观察组CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)值治疗后明显高于治疗前,P<0.05;CD^(+)_(8)值治疗后明显低于治疗前,P<0.05。治疗后观察组CD^(+)_(3)、CD^(+)_(4)、CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)值明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组CD^(+)_(8)值明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗后KPS评分提高率(67.53%)明显高于对照组(33.77%),P<0.05。观察组各Ⅱ度以上化疗不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论复方苦参注射液可明显提高结直肠癌术后化疗患者的机体免疫力和生存质量,降低化疗的不良反应。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative colorectal cancer.Methods All 154 cases of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 77 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Compound Kushen Injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 courses with 2 weeks as a course of treatment.After treatment,the immune function,KPS score changes and chemotherapy adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The values of CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4)and CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05)and the CD^(+)_(8)value after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of CD^(+)_(3),CD^(+)_(4)and CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the value of CD^(+)_(8)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of KPS score in the observation group(67.53%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(33.77%)(P<0.05).The incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions above gradeⅡin the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection can significantly improve the body immunity and quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy,and reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy.
