摘要
近年来发现风药在糖尿病肾病治疗中的应用越来越广泛,且疗效显著。中医对"风邪"及"风毒"理论与糖尿病肾病相关病机已有简单论述,但不具系统性、条理性、规范性。文章从"伏风"及"风毒"致病特点入手,系统阐明糖尿病肾病病状、病程、病情与其相关性。最后从临床及实验多角度归纳现代医学对风理论的论述及其与糖尿病肾病的关系,以印证"祛风、疏风、熄风"等独具特色的治疗方法治疗糖尿病肾病的有效性。
In recent years,wind medicine has been found to be more and more widely used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,and the effect is significant.There has been a simple discussion on the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy related to the theory of"pathogenic wind"and"wind toxin"in traditional Chinese medicine,but it is not systematic,rational,and normative.From the perspective of the pathogenic characteristics of"pathogenic wind"and"wind toxin",the article systematically elucidates the pathogenesis,course and condition of diabetic nephropathy and its correlation.At last,the relationship between wind theory and diabetic nephropathy in modern medicine was summarized from clinical and experimental perspectives,so as to verify the effectiveness of unique treatment methods such as"dispel the wind,thin the wind,and calm the wind"in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
