摘要
范梅红教授在总结前人经验的基础上,根据多年临床经验对小儿热性惊厥进行分期治疗;该病初期多为感受外邪疫毒,以银翘散加减清热解表;发热期多为表未解,热邪入里,以银柴退热汤辛凉透表、清热解毒;惊厥期急则治其标,应用针灸及西药快速止惊;恢复期多为痰热互结、气阴两虚,以清心涤痰汤加味清热涤痰、益气养阴。采用分期治疗热性惊厥,还有预防和防止复发的效果。
According to the previous experience,Professor Fan Meihong treated febrile convulsion in different stages according to many years of clinical experience.Professor Fan Meihong thinks that in the early stage of the disease,Yinqiao powder should be used to clear the pyrolytic surface.In the fever stage,the exterior is not resolved,and the heat evil enters into the body.Yinchai Tuire decoction is used to cool the surface and clear away heat and toxin.During the convulsion stage,the symptoms should be treated.Acupuncture and medicine should be used to stop convulsion quickly.Therefore,the convalescent period is mostly due to the combination of phlegm and heat,deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Qingxin Ditan decoction is used to treat febrile convulsion by stages to prevent and prevent recurrence.
