伏龙肝中新型碳点的发现及其镇痛作用研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:在伏龙肝中发现新型的纳米类成分——碳点,通过动物实验研究其镇痛作用。方法:通过对伏龙肝水煎液进行提取、过滤分离和透析得到一种具有水溶性的新型物质——纳米类成分碳点,并命名为伏龙肝碳点(TFU-CDs)。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HR-TEM)、紫外-可见分光光谱(UV-vis)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、荧光光谱、X-射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)等多种仪器和方法来研究这种全新的纳米类成分,并对这种碳点进行了表征。结果:从伏龙肝中分离出来的TFU-CDs外形为类球形,粒径均匀分布在1.6~4.8 nm之间,晶格间距为0.208 nm。动物实验结果表明,TFU-CDs具有良好的镇痛作用。结论:该研究首次发现了伏龙肝中含有全新的一种纳米类成分——TFU-CDs,以TFU-CDs为突破口,研究该物质的镇痛作用,更加明确阐释伏龙肝发挥镇痛作用的物质基础。为纳米类成分的研究提供了一种新方法,也为中药有效成分的研究开拓出了一种全新思维方式。 Objective:To study the analgesic effect of carbon point,a new nanometer component,found in Terra FlavaUsta through animal experiments.Methods:Through the extraction,filtration,separation and dialysis of Terra FlavaUsta decoction,a new type of water-soluble substance,carbon point of nanometer components,was obtained,and named as Terra FlavaUsta carbon point(TFU-CDs).Using transmission electron microscope(TEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopic spectra(UV-vis),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),fluorescence spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis and other many kinds of instruments and methods,the new nano class composition was studied and the carbon point was characterized.Results:TFU-CDs isolated from Terra FlavaUsta was spherical in shape with particle size evenly distributed between 1.6 and 4.8 nm and lattice spacing was 0.208 nm.The results of animal experiments showed that TFU-CDs had a good analgesic effect.Conclusion:A brand new nano component TFU-CDs is found in Terra FlavaUsta for the first time.Taking TFU-CDs as the breakthrough point,the analgesic effect of this substance is studied to more clearly explain the material basis for the analgesic effect of Terra FlavaUsta.The study provides a new method for the research of nanometer components and a new way of thinking for the research of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine.
