摘要
目的探讨小儿毛细支气管炎应用中西结合临床治疗及护理效果研究。方法将2019年1月—2020年8月收治的124例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各62例,对照组使用常规西医治疗(抗炎、抗病毒、雾化吸入等),在此基础上,观察组使用小青龙汤加减治疗,均辅以中西医结合护理,对比两组的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、免疫功能指标变化、肺功能指标变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.16%,明显高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、喘憋、肺部罗音、呼吸困难等症状缓解时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)明显高于对照组,而CD_(8)^(+)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TV、tPEF/tE、VPEF/VE均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿毛细支气管炎应用中西结合临床治疗及护理的效果显著,能快速缓解症状,改善免疫功能及肺功能,提升整体治疗效果,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment and nursing effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine on children with bronchiolitis.Methods 124 cases of children with bronchiolitis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western mMedicine(anti-inflammatory,antiviral,aerosol inhalation,etc.),on this basis,the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction(小青龙汤),supplemented by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing symptom relief time,immune function index and lung function index were changed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.16%,which was significantly higher than 77.42%of the control group(P<0.05);the remission time of cough,wheezing,pulmonary rales,dyspnea and other symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);TV,tPEF/tE,VPEF/VE were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment and nursing of children bronchiolitis with integrated Chinese and Western medicine has significant effect,which can quickly relieve symptoms,improve immune function and lung function,and enhance the overall treatment effect,which has positive clinical significance.
