摘要
目的探讨疏风宣肺汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者的临床疗效及其对炎症指标的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2018年6月首都医科大学附属北京康复医院收治的CVA患者200例,依据随机数字表法分为宣肺组和基础组,每组100例,基础组给予CVA基础治疗,宣肺组在此基础上给予疏风宣肺汤治疗,比较2组炎症指标高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肺功能第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC、治疗疗效、不良反应。结果宣肺组和基础组治疗后hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α明显低于治疗前,宣肺组治疗后hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α明显低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣肺组和基础组治疗后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC明显高于治疗前,宣肺组治疗后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC明显高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣肺组治疗有效率明显高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣肺组和基础组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疏风宣肺汤治疗可有效改善CVA患者肺功能及炎症指标,有利于提高临床疗效,安全性好,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)and its effect on inflammatory indexes.Methods 200 patients with CVA admitted to Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital,Capital Medical University from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected and divided into the Xuanfei group and the basic group according to the random number table method,with100 cases in each group.The basic group was treated with CVA and the Xuanfei group with Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction.Inflammatory markers(high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)),lung function including forced expiratory volume in the first second,FE V1,forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC were compared between the two groups,therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the Xuanfei group and the basic group were significantly lower than before treatment,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the Xuanfei group were significantly lower than those in the basic group,with a statistical significance(P<0.05).FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC in the Xuanfei group and the basic group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the Xuanfei group were significantly higher than those in the basic group,with a statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rate of the Xuanfei group was significantly higher than that of the basic group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the Xuanfei group and the basic group,with a statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction can effectively improve the lung function and inflammation index of patients with CVA,which is conducive to improving the clinical efficacy,it has good safety and is worth for further clinical promotion.
