摘要
党的十九大将"乡村振兴"上升为国家战略,明确提出加快推进农业农村现代化。我国的农村现代化是社会主义的农村现代化,不仅包括"物"的现代化,也包括"人"的现代化。当前,我国农村在"物"的现代化方面取得了令人瞩目的成就,但在社会主义精神文明建设方面还面临主体意识、理想信念、精神文化等领域的挑战。这些挑战的存在,有客观社会历史原因,基于此,可以从三方面出发加强农村社会主义精神文明建设:加强"三治融合",激发农民的主体意识;坚持"三生并举",提升农民对农村的认同感与归属感;注重文化建设,不断提高农民的文化素养。
The 19th Party Congress elevated"rural revitalization"to a national strategy and clearly proposed to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.China’s rural modernization is a socialist rural modernization,including not only the modernization of"things",but also that of"people".At present,China has made remarkable achievements in the modernization of"things"in rural areas,but it is still facing challenges in the construction of socialist cultural civilization in terms of subject consciousness,ideals and beliefs,and spiritual culture.There are objective socio-historical causes for these challenges.Accordingly,the construction of socialist cultural civilization in rural areas can be strengthened from three aspects:strengthening the"integration of the three governance"to stimulate the subject consciousness of farmers;adhering to the"three livelihoods"to enhance farmers’sense of identity and belonging to rural areas;focusing on cultural construction to constantly improve the cultural literacy of farmers.
