摘要
农村精神文明建设是党在百年奋斗进程中极为珍视的方面,是乡村振兴的重要保障,是建成社会主义现代化强国的关键一环,是“物”的现代化与“人”的现代化的统一。新时代农村精神文明建设内涵突破了我们党在传统意义上关于农村问题的认识。习近平总书记立足农村,围绕农村精神文明建设内涵作出创新性论述。农村精神文明建设主体是以农村基层党组织为领导核心的多元建设主体,建设对象为农民的精神风貌,目标任务包含乡风文明建设在内的“五位一体”具体任务等。这些新观点、新论断、新看法落归于农村精神文明由谁建设、建设什么、建设目标及怎样建设这一主线,为继续推进新时代中国特色社会主义精神文明建设提供了新思路。
Rural cultural and ideological progress is highly cherished by the Communist Party of China in its hundred of years of struggle,an important guarantee for rural revitalization,a key link in building a strong socialist modern country,and the unity between“material”modernization and“human”modernization.The connotation of rural cultural and ideological progress in the new era has gone beyond the Party’s traditional understanding of rural issues.Proceeding from the realities of rural areas,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made innovative discussions on the connotation of rural cultural and ideological progress.There are diversified subjects with rural grassroots Party organizations as the leadership core;the object should be the cultural and ideological state of farmers;and the specific tasks are economic,political,cultural,social and eco-environmental development including rural civilization.These new judgments and views revolve around issues as who should act,what to aim for,and how to achieve it,which underpin the efforts to further make cultural and ideological progress with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
