摘要
马克思劳动者发展思想有清晰的起点逻辑、发展逻辑、斗争逻辑和政治逻辑,包括物质再生产与劳动力再生产是人发展的前提,消费方式反映劳动力生存和发展状态,人不仅为生存而且为增加自己的享受而斗争,消除资本的统治促进工人发展等内容。马克思劳动者发展思想的当代价值主要在于,在劳动者生存权基础上突出保护劳动者发展权;明晰劳动者发展权权利关系中相关主体的责任和义务;建立和完善发展型劳动关系调处制度;完善保障制度和制定“劳动者发展促进法”的理论基础。
Marx’s ideas of the development of workers are endowed with clear logic of startup,development,struggle and politics,namely that material and labour reproduction are the prerequisites for human development,that the mode of consumption reflects the state of survival and the development of labour,that human beings struggle not only for survival but also for increasing their enjoyment,and that the elimination of the rule of capital promotes workers’development.The contemporary value of Marx’s ideas of workers’development mainly lies in highlighting the protection of workers’right to development on the basis of their right to survival,clarifying the responsibilities and obligations of relevant subjects in the relationship of workers’right to development,establishing and improving the development-oriented labour relations mediation system,and forming the theoretical basis for improving the security system and enacting The Law on the Promotion of Workers’Development.
