摘要
为了提高综采工作面的煤炭开采率,设计通过增加综采工作面长度,布置两台采煤机共同作业来提高单一工作面的煤炭开采速度和煤炭采出量.并以济宁二号煤矿9303综采工作面为研究背景,通过比较双采煤机不同采煤工艺,确定采用A、B两台采煤机同向开采的采煤方法,并确定出了双采煤开采的配套设备.采用了数值模拟和现场实测两种方法研究双采煤机开采时顶板围岩应力应变变化规律,结果表明:双采煤机开采较单一采煤机开采时综采工作面围岩变化规律复杂,需要对围岩进行有效控制;加快双采煤机推进速度可以大大减小顶板的应力应变发展速度.9303综采工作面双采煤机的成功应用,增加了济宁二号煤矿的经济效益,效果显著.
In order to improve the coal mining rate of fully mechanized mining face,the coal mining speed and coal production are enhanced by increasing the length of fully mechanized mining face and arranging two coal shears to work together.Taking 9303 fully mechanized working face of Jining No.2 Coal Mine as the research background,by comparing the different coal mining processes of the double shearers,the coal mining method a double shearer mining scheme is determined using two shearers cutting in the same direction,and the matching equipment is determined.The numerical simulation and on-site measurement are used to study the variation law of stress and strain of the surrounding rock during mining of double shearers.The results show that the change of surrounding rock in fully mechanized mining face is more complicated than that of single shearer mining.It is necessary to effectively control the surrounding rock;speeding up the advancing speed of the double shearers can greatly reduce the stress and strain development speed of the roof.The successful application of the double shearers in the 9303 fully mechanized mining face increased the economic benefits for the Jining No.2 Coal Mine.
