摘要
文章根据古文字形体、古音通假知识和传世文献材料,认为清华十《四告》简29中的“宠”字可分析为从宀、龙声,其中的龙旁是糅合经常通假的“兄”“龙”二字而成。整理者释“宠”是可信的,但应读为“恭”,意为恭敬。
According to the form of ancient Chinese characters,the knowledge of ancient phonetics and the handed down documents,this paper holds that the character“Chong(宠)”in the 29th bamboo slip of Sigao(《四告》)of the Tenth Book of Bamboo Slips from the Warring States Period Collected by Tsinghua University is comprised of"Mian(宀)”,with“Long(龙)”as the phonetic.“Long(龙)”is the combination of“Xiong(兄)”and“Long(龙)”,which are often interchangeable.The editor's explana-tion of“Long(宠)”is believable,but it should be read as“Gong(恭)”,meaning respect-ful.
