摘要
高职思想政治理论课作为高校开展"立德树人"工作的主渠道,在实际教学中学生的课堂接受度并不乐观。教师在实际教学中折射出三点教学理念问题:主体性教学理念的不彻底;个性化教学理念的认识误区;创造性教学理念的生搬硬套。成果导向教育(OBE)理论倡导教育要以学生为中心,激发学生的个人价值与潜力,以弹性方式回应学生的个性化需求;强调培养学生的高层次能力,使学生具备能够运用批判性思维通过综合所学知识解决现实问题的能力。基于成果导向教育理论,高职思想政治理论课必须秉持三个教学理念:以人为本,培养学生的主体意识和思考能力;多元智能,促进学生个体潜能的实现和人格完善;职业创新,塑造思维创新性和能力创新性学生。
The Ideological and Political Theory Course in higher vocational colleges,as the main channel to carry out"Building Morality and Cultivating People",is not satisfactorily accepted by the students in the teaching practice.Three teaching concept problems are reflected,including incompleteness of the subjective teaching concept,misunderstanding of the personalized teaching concept,and blind copy of the creative teaching concept.The theory of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)advocates student-centered education,stimulates students’personal value and potential,and responds to students’personalized needs in a flexible way;it emphasizes the cultivation of students’high-level abilities,so students can solve practical problems by critical thinking and integration of what they have learned.Based on the theory of OBE,the teaching concept of Ideological and Political Theory Course in higher vocational education must be innovated,as in the following three aspects:adhering to the human-oriented teaching concept,cultivating students’subject consciousness and thinking;the teaching concept of multi-intelligence,promoting the realization of students’individual potential and personality improvement;professional innovation,shaping innovative thinking and ability among students.
