OBE教育理念下传媒类专硕实务能力的培养创新:以陕西师范大学为例

摘要 为了对接社会职业需求,切实提升传媒类专硕生的实务能力是人才培养的关键所在。OBE教育理念(Outcome-Based Education)是一种以学习成果为导向、基于学习产出的教育理论。在OBE教育理念指导下,陕西师范大学传媒类专硕培养以精品成果的能力养成为导向,重构课程体系,拓展教育资源,构建多元协同培养模式,以建构学生的核心实务能力。在传媒类专硕实务能力提升中,“四重协同”(协同党政及宣传部门、协同传媒业界力量、协同传媒专业赛事、协同项目化教学制)成为其关键路径,从而形成知行合一的闭环教学模式,实现铸魂育人的教学效果。 It is critical to improve the practical ability of graduates of media majors in order to meet the professional needs of society.OBE(Outcome-Based Education)is a theory of education that is based on learning outputs and oriented toward learning outcomes.Under the direction of the OBE concept,Shaanxi Normal University’s media master’s degree program is focused on the ability formation of high-quality results,reconstructing the curriculum system,expanding educational resources,and building a multi-dimensional synergistic cultivation mode to develop students’core practical abilities.The“four synergies”(synergy with the party,government,and propaganda departments,synergy with the media industry,synergy with media professional events,and synergy with the project-based teaching system)have emerged as the primary means of improving the practical ability of master’s degree in media students.As a result,the closed-loop teaching model of unity between knowledge and action is created,and the teaching effect of educating and casting out souls is realized.
