摘要
回采巷道锚杆支护问题在神东矿区千万吨工作面开采过程中日趋突出,为了进一步优化锚杆支护方案,改善支护效果,以神东矿区大柳塔煤矿52501千万吨综采工作面运输巷为例,采用FLAC数值模拟方法,对现有锚杆支护方案进行研究,得出现有支护方案可以满足当前支护要求。结果表明:现有支护方案巷帮和顶板的变形量分别为50 mm和55 mm,有利于巷道的稳定。优化后的巷帮和顶板的变形量分别为51.2、58.3 mm,较现有方案增加了2.4%和6%,优化方案支护参数可使运输巷保持稳定,同时可以提高支护效率,降低支护成本。
Roadway support in Shendong Mining Area of 10 million tons of mining is in the increasingly prominent.In order to further optimize the bolt support scheme.Improve the effect of support,In order to transport Daliuta Coal Mine 52501 million tons of fully mechanized working face crossheading as an example,FLACnumerical simulation method is ased,the existing bolt supporting scheme is studied.There must be a support scheme that can meet the requirements of the current support.The results show that:the deformation of the existing support and roof is 50 mm and 55 mm,it is beneficial to the stability of the roadway.After the optimization,the deformation of the roadway and roof is 51.2 mm and 58.3 mm,more than 2.4%and 6%of the existing programmes have been increased,the support parameters of the optimized scheme can keep the transport of the grooves stable.At the same time,the efficiency of support can be improved.Reduce the cost of support.
