摘要
针对高瓦斯矿井双巷掘进前预抽瓦斯效果差、抽掘衔接难、劳动组织强度繁杂的问题,对双巷掘进瓦斯抽采工艺进行了研究,提出了多支路定向钻孔预抽快掘双巷区域瓦斯的技术工艺。利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对双巷快掘中常规抽采和超前预抽进行数值模拟,对比分析2种抽采方式的抽采效果,结合矿井实际情况制定了双巷掘进煤巷区域中多支路定向钻孔预抽瓦斯技术方案,并在保德煤矿81310胶带运输巷及81311回风巷进行试验,实施了多支路定向钻孔预抽快速双巷煤层瓦斯抽采技术,数值模拟和现场试验均表明:多支路定向钻孔预抽瓦斯的方法能够有效地抽采瓦斯,且抽采效果比常规抽采好,提高了双巷掘进工作面瓦斯抽采效率,同时解决了双巷掘进工作面瓦斯超限的问题,确保了掘进工作面瓦斯高效抽采及安全、快速、高效掘进。
Aiming at the problems of poor effect of gas pre-drainage,difficult connection of gas extraction and complex intensity of labor organization before double roadway excavation in high gas mine,the technology of gas extraction and recovery in double roadway excavation was studied,and the technology of multi-branch directional drilling pre-drainage and fast gas extraction in double roadway was put forward.COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to carry out numerical simulation of conventional extraction and advanced pre-extraction in double-lane rapid excavation,and compared and analyzed the extraction effect of the two extraction methods.Combined with the actual situation of the mine,a multi-branch directional drilling pre-drainage gas technical scheme was developed in the double-lane tunneling coal lane area.Experiments were carried out in 81310 belt transport lane and 81311 return air lane of Baode Coal Mine,and the multi-branch directional drilling pre-drainage technology for fast double-lane coal seam gas extraction was implemented.Both numerical simulation and field test showed that:Multi-branch directional drilling pre-gas extraction method can effectively extract gas,and the extraction effect is better than conventional extraction,improve the efficiency of gas extraction in double-lane driving face,and solve the problem of gas overrun in double-lane driving face,ensure efficient gas extraction in driving face and safe,fast and efficient driving.
