摘要
通过对目前瓦斯涌出来源分析方法的比选,结合寸草塔二矿22109综采工作面属“孤岛”变长工作面的生产技术条件,确定采用生产统计法进行瓦斯涌出来源分析,在工作面停产的几天内考察分析瓦斯涌出与时间(大气压)的关系、工作面沿倾向和走向的瓦斯浓度分布变化规律、“孤岛”工作面与普通工作面的瓦斯涌出差异性,以及不同采长工作面瓦斯涌出量变化情况,在准确获得工作面瓦斯涌出规律的基础上,针对性试验回风隅角埋管抽采和邻近巷道密闭插管抽采的治理方法。结果表明:22109工作面瓦斯涌出主要来源是采空区,其次是邻近层,合计占比约76%,其中,采空区瓦斯涌出在5:00—7:00呈低值,15:00—17:00呈高值,与大气压力的升降呈反比;沿工作面倾向瓦斯浓度逐渐增大,尤其是在工作面靠回风巷80 m的范围内瓦斯浓度增加较快,沿走向在液压支架立柱前方与连杆后方之间的范围内瓦斯浓度明显升高;大采长综采工作面瓦斯涌出量高于普通采长综采工作面,开采期间最大瓦斯涌出量4.41 m^(3)/min出现在大采长工作面,“孤岛”工作面较相邻连续开采工作面瓦斯涌出量增大了24%。相较回风隅角埋管抽采瓦斯的方式,密闭插管抽采方式下风排瓦斯量降低了41%;抽采瓦斯量提高了5%;工作面瓦斯抽采率提高了15%,有效保障了22109综采工作面的安全回采。
Based on the comparison and selection of the current gas emission source analysis methods,combined with the production technical conditions of 22109 fully mechanized“isolated island”variable-length working face in Cuncaota No.2 Coal Mine,it is determined to use the production statistics method to analyze the gas emission source.The relationship between gas emission and time(atmospheric pressure),the change law of gas concentration distribution along the inclination and direction of the working face,the gas emission difference between the“isolated island”working face and the ordinary working face,and the changes of gas emission volume in variable-length working face.On the basis of accurately obtaining the gas emission law of working face,the treatment methods of buried pipe drainage in return air corner and closed intubation drainage in adjacent roadway are tested.The results show that the main source of gas emission in 22109 working face is the goaf,followed by the adjacent coal seam,accounting for about 76%in total.The gas emission from the goaf is low at 5-7 in the morning,and high at 15-17 in the afternoon.which is inversely proportional to the rise and fall of atmospheric pressure;the gas concentration increases gradually along the working face.In the range of 160 m from the return air along the groove side of the working face,the gas concentration increases rapidly.And the gas concentration increases rapidly along the direction of the hydraulic support column.The gas concentration increases significantly in the range between the front and the rear of the connecting rod;the gas emission in the fully mechanized mining face with long length is higher than ordinary mining length,and the maximum gas emission during mining is 4.41 m^(3)/min The gas emission of“isolated island”working face increased 24%than the adjacent continuous mining face.Compared with the method of gas drainage by buried pipe in the return air corner,the gas emission of closed intubation drainage is reduced by 41%;the gas drainage volume is increased by 5%;the gas drainage rate is increased by 15%.It ensures the safe mining of the 22109 fully mechanized mining face.
