职教新发展理念下提升高职学生职业素养教育实效的路径研究 被引量:1

Analysis on the Path of Improving the Effectiveness of Vocational Quality Education for Higher Vocational Students under the New Development Concept of Vocational Education

摘要 社会经济的迅猛发展和产业结构的升级,需要具备创新能力和职业素养的复合型人才。新时代职业教育发展应秉持"工匠精神"和"互联网+职业素养教育"的新理念。在职教新发展理念下,本文分析高职职业素养教育的特点、内涵,针对高职职业素养教育的现实困境,通过优化职业素养培养体系、强化师资队伍、搭建教育平台、培养工匠精神等途径,着力提高学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力,提升高职学生职业素养教育实效,进一步推动职业教育的内涵发展和创新发展。 As a result of the rapid development of the social economy and the upgrading of the industrial structure,talents with innovative capabilities and professional qualities are required.The development of vocational education in the new era should adhere to the new concepts of“craftsmanship”and“Internet+vocational quality education”.Under the new development concept of vocational education,the article analyzes the characteristics and connotation of vocational quality education in vocational colleges,aiming at the practical obstacles to vocational quality education in vocational colleges.Through paths of optimizing the vocational literacy training system,strengthening the teaching staff,building an education platform,and cultivating craftsmanship.We focus on improving students’learning ability,practical ability and innovation ability,as well as promoting the practical effect of vocational quality education for vocational students,and further push forward the connotative development and innovative development of vocational education.
