半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C在呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(cystatin C,Cys C)是非糖基化碱性蛋白,由CST3基因编码,在所有有核细胞中表达,pH值呈碱性,体积小,在肾小球被自由过滤,可被重新吸收和完全分解,不受年龄、性别、蛋白摄入等影响,使CysC成为计算肾小球滤过率的理想指标。CysC可通过炎症细胞,特别是肺泡巨噬细胞分泌到血流中。作为体内最主要且广泛的蛋白酶抑制剂,可抑制多种组织蛋白酶(cathepsin,Cat)活性,如CatB、CatK、CatL。
