摘要 为了提高知识型员工满意度,采用调查问卷的数据获取方法,通过结构方程模型,研究了G公司知识型员工的满意度影响因素。结果表明:G公司知识型员工满意度受到员工自我价值实现和自我价值感知的影响;尊重期望通过影响自我价值感知,对员工满意度产生间接影响。进而提出(1)加强公司基础设施建设(2)营造良好工作氛围(3)健全内部沟通渠道(4)提升管理者职能等途径的G公司知识型员工满意度提升策略。该成果对知识型员工满意度的研究具有一定的实践意义和参考价值。 In order to improve the satisfaction of knowledge workers,the data acquisition method of questionnaire and the structural equation model are adopted to study the factors influencing the satisfaction of knowledge workers in G company.The results show that the satisfaction of knowledge-based employees in G company is affected by the realization of employees’self-value and their self-value perception.Respect expectation has indirect influence on employee satisfaction by influencing self-value perception.Then,it puts forward the strategies to improve the satisfaction of knowledge-based employees in G company by(1)strengthening the company’s infrastructure construction,(2)creating a good working atmosphere,(3)improving internal communication channels,and(4)improving the functions of managers.This result has certain practical significance and reference value to the research of knowledge employee satisfaction.
