摘要
乡村振兴是新时代农村工作的重中之重,产业发展振兴作为乡村振兴的核心,会显著影响农业强、农民富等奋斗目标。文章从陕西省产业融合角度出发,探究目前本省乡村产业发展振兴状况,并运用2011年-2020年时间序列数据,通过单位根检验、协整检验以及误差修正,对金融支持乡村产业发展振兴情况进行研究。研究结果显示:金融机构从业人员数量、营业机构数量以及支付农业赔款三个变量对乡村产业发展振兴的支持作用显著,以本外币涉农贷款余额所衡量的金融发展对乡村产业发展振兴的作用不明显。基于此,本文提出创新农村金融产品、健全金融风险保障机制、政府和农民同向发力等政策建议,以促进陕西省“三农”经济发展,加快乡村振兴建设。
Rural Revitalization is the top priority of rural work in the new era.As the core of the whole revitalization,industrial development and revitalization will significantly affect the goals of strengthening agriculture and enriching farmers.From the perspective of industrial integration in Shaanxi Province,this paper explores the current development and revitalization of rural industries in Shaanxi Province,and studies the development and revitalization of rural industries supported by finance by using the time series data from 2011 to 2020 through unit root test,cointegration test and error correction.The results show that the number of employees of financial institutions,the number of business institutions and the payment of agricultural compensation play a significant role in supporting the revitalization and development of rural industry,while the balance of agricultural loans in local and foreign currencies has a negative impact on the revitalization of rural industry.Based on this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as innovating rural financial products,improving the financial risk guarantee mechanism,and the government and farmers working in the same direction,in order to accelerate the economic development of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in Shaanxi Province and accelerate the construction of Rural Revitalization.
