摘要
新时代高校师德建设是践行师德内涵、传承中华优秀师道、落实立德树人使命的必然要求,是思想政治教育工作的重要载体,关系到青年的成长成才,关系到党的教育方针的贯彻落实。目前,高校师德建设整体上呈现积极向上的势态,但师德建设在协同育人等方面仍面临着一系列新挑战。因此,要从教育、宣传、激励、考核等方面形成师德建设机制,进一步发挥教师的引领示范作用,提升高校思想政治教育效能。
In the new era the construction of teachers’virtue in universities is an inevitable requirement to practice the connotation of teachers’virtue,inherit Chinese excellent doctrine of teachers and put the mission of cultivating people by virtue into effect.It is also an important carrier of ideological and political education,which is related to the growth of youth and the implementation of the Party’s education policy.At present,the overall construction of teachers’virtue in universities still presents a positive trend,however it still faces a series of new challenges in collaborative education.Therefore,it is necessary to form a mechanism for teachers’virtue from the aspects of education,publicity,incentive,assessment,further play the leading and exemplary role of teachers,and improve the efficiency of ideological and political education in universities.
