摘要
劳动教育在各高校思想政治教育中发挥着重要作用。依托劳动实践周课程与《园林工程实训(实习)》等专业课程,通过合理组织安排,在校内开展劳动教育与专业实训协同育人实践,将劳动技能培养、思想政治教育、行业道德灌输融于一体,教导学生树立“劳动最光荣,实操是关键”的理念,尝试劳动教育与园林专业实训联合育人的新型实践方式,引导学生秉承知行合一的理念,从被动到主动,不断增强自身的能量感和获得感,从而促进学生在锻炼专业技能的同时也使思想政治教育取得实效。
Labor education plays an important role in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Relying on professional courses such as Labor Practice Week course and Garden Engineering Practical Training(Practice),through reasonable organization and arrangement,labor education and professional practical training are carried out in the school,integrating labor skills training,ideological and political education,and industry ethics inculcation,teaching students to establish the concept of"labor is the most glorious and practical operation is the key".This paper attempts to combine labor education with practical training in landscape architecture to guide students to adhere to the idea of combining knowledge and action,from passive to active,and constantly enhance their sense of energy and gain,so as to promote students to exercise professional skills and make ideological and political education achieve practical results.
