摘要
[目的]研制20%乙酰水杨酸铜悬浮剂的最佳配方,并明确最佳的制备条件。测定20%乙酰水杨酸铜悬浮剂对苹果斑点落叶病的田间防治效果。[方法]采用流点法对润湿分散剂进行筛选,对增稠剂、防冻剂进行优化筛选。采用喷雾法测试20%乙酰水杨酸铜悬浮剂对苹果斑点落叶病的田间防治效果。[结果]20%乙酰水杨酸铜悬浮剂最优配方:96.0%乙酰水杨酸铜原药20.83%、XNK0022.5%、XNK0011.5%、黄原胶0.15%、硅酸镁铝1.5%、乙二醇5%、消泡剂BX-10800.2%、去离子水68.32%。20%乙酰水杨酸铜悬浮剂400、267、200 mg/L对苹果斑点落叶病春梢或秋梢的防效分别为88.06%、85.19%、82.43%或87.03%、82.49%、81.12%,高于对照药剂80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂80.61%和77.69%的防效。[结论]该配方工艺流程简单、成本低,热贮冷贮稳定性合格,流动性好,黏度低,悬浮率大于95.0%,产品各项指标符合悬浮剂的要求。
[Aims]This paper aims to develop the best formulation of cupric acetylsalicylate 20%SC.Then the optimum reaction conditions were established and the control efficacy on Alternaria mali Roberts were studied.[Methods]The flow point method was used to screen the wetting dispersant,and optimally screen the thickening agent and antifreeze.The spraying method was used to test the control efficacy of cupric acetylsalicylate 20%SC on A.mali.[Results]The optimum formula of cupric acetylsalicylate 20%SC was determined as:raw pesticide of 96.0%cupric acetylsalicylate20.83%,XNK0022.5%,XNK0011.5%,xanthan gum 0.15%,magnesium aluminosilicate 1.5%,ethylene glycol 5%,defoamer 0.2%,deionized water 68.32%.The control efficacy of cupric acetylsalicylate 20%SC 400,267,200 mg/L on A.mali were 88.06%,85.19%and 82.43%in spring,and 87.03%,82.49%and 81.12%in autumn,respectively,higher than that of mancozeb 80%wettable powder which were 80.61%and 77.69%.[Conclusions]The indexes of the product met the requirements of SC.The formula has simple technological process,low cost,qualified stability in hot and cold storage,good liquidity and low viscosity,and the suspension rate is greater than 95.0%.
