摘要
采用湿法砂磨工艺制备36%春雷霉素·喹啉铜悬浮剂,对其配方中的润湿分散剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂和防冻剂进行了筛选,确定最佳配方为春雷霉素3%、喹啉铜33%、SP-SC3275 4%、润湿分散剂A 3%、润湿分散剂B 1.5%、乙二醇5%、一水柠檬酸1.4%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、黄原胶0.15%、防腐剂S30 0.15%、SAG1522 0.3%、去离子水补至100%。试验结果表明:该产品流动性好、悬浮率高、稳定性好、田间使用效果良好,各项指标符合悬浮剂的要求。
Kasugamycin · oxine-copper 36% SC was prepared by wet grinding technology,and some main adjuvants of the formulation such as wetting dispersant,thickener,p H regulator and antifreeze were screened.The optimum formulation of kasugamycin · oxine-copper 36% SC was as followed:kasugamycin 3%,oxine-copper 33%,SP-SC3275 4%,wetting dispersant A 3%,wetting dispersant B 1.5%,glycol 5%,citric acid monohydrate 1.4%,aluminium-magnesium silicate0.5%,xanthan 0.15%,preservative S30 0.15%,SAG 1522 0.3%,deionized water adding to 100%.The result showed that kasugamycin · oxine-copper 36% SC has high suspension rate with good fluidity and stability,and has good control effect.The test indexes comformed to the requirements of suspension concentrate.
