摘要
目的:评价桑生地黄汤对代谢综合征大鼠体重、血糖、血脂的影响。方法:将60只wister雄鼠随机分为空白组(n=10)和造模组(n=50),后者均分为5组,空白组、模型组予同体积的生理盐水,二甲双胍组予二甲双胍药液,桑生高、中、低剂量组分别予相应浓度桑生地黄汤药液灌胃;空白对照组予基础饲料,其他组予高脂饲料,连续给药4周后采集研究数据。结果:模型组较空白组体重、TC升高(P<0.05),血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、LDL-C、TG浓度明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比,药物组大鼠血糖水平降低(P<0.05),桑生高剂量组体重、TG降低(P<0.05),IRI明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:桑生地黄汤高剂量组对代谢综合征大鼠具有明显的减重、降糖、改善IR、降TG的作用。
Objective:To study the effects of Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction on body weight,blood glucose and blood lipid in rats with metabolic syndrome.Methods:60 Wister male rats were randomly divided into blank control group(N=10)and model group(N=50),the latter were divided into five groups,blank group and model control group were given the same volume of physiological saline,metformin group was given metformin solution,high,medium and low dose groups were given the corresponding concentration of Sangsheng Di-huang decoction solution by gavage;blank group was given basic feed,the rest groups were given high-fat feed,data were collected after4 weeks of continuous administration.Results:Compared with the blank group,the body weight and TC of the model group increased(P<0.05),blood glucose,insulin resistance index(IRI),LDL-C and TG concentration increased significantly(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the blood glucose level of the drug group decreased(P<0.05),the body weight,TG decreased(P<0.05)and IRI decreased significantly(P<0.01)in the high dose group of Sangsheng.Conclusion:The high dose group of Sangsheng Dihuang Decoction has obvious effects on weight loss,glucose reduction,IR improvement and TG reduction in rats with metabolic syndrome.
