摘要
十二指肠溃疡是常见的消化系统疾病,发病机制尚不完全清楚,西医常规对症治疗疗效不稳定,容易反复发作。本文旨在探讨叶松教授运用黄连温胆汤合四逆散加减治疗十二指肠溃疡的经验,并例举验案。
Duodenal ulcer is a common digestive system disease.The pathogenesis is not yet fully understood.The curative effect of conventional symptomatic treatment in western medicine is unstable,and it is easy to recur.This article aims to explore Professor Ye Song’s experience in the treatment of duodenal ulcer with Huanglian wendan decoction and Sini powder,and gives an clinical case,which is worth learning.
