摘要
研究并介绍了一种改进的宽带基片集成波导(SIW)衰减器。将衰减器与SIW技术结合,取代了传统的π型电阻网络。与传统π型网络中的三个表面贴片电阻不同[8],文中的SIW衰减器采用了七个表面贴片电阻。由此带宽从8.04~11.12GHz(32.1%)[8]增加到7.2~13.7GHz,实现了宽带的基片集成波导衰减器。仿真和测量了六种衰减值(0dB,1dB,2dB,3dB,4dB,5dB)的衰减器模型。在7.2~13.7GHz(62.2%)频带,回波损耗优于-12.5dB。衰减器的步进值为1dB。
An improved wideband substrate integrated waveguide(SIW)attenuator is presented and studied in this paper.Instead of conventionalπresistive network,an improved attention network combined with the SIW technology is used to broaden the bandwidth of SIW attenuator.Seven surface mount resistances are used in the SIW attenuators instead of a resistiveπ-network with three ones in reference[8].The bandwidth will be greatly expanded from 8.04-11.12 GHz(32.1%)in reference[8]to 7.2-13.7 GHz(62.2%)in this work.The attenuator prototype with six attenuation values(0 dB,1 dB,2 dB,3 dB,4 dB,5 dB)are simulated and measured.In the frequency band of 7.2-13.7 GHz(62.2%),the return losses are better than-12.5 dB.The attenuation step value is about 1 dB.
